$600 per day, Friday-Sunday (10am-10pm) year around
NON-PROFIT RATE:
Hourly Rate of $37.50 per hour Monday-Thursday ((3-hour minimum)
$450.00 per day, Friday-Sunday
$25 Administrative Fee will be added to each transaction.
*Times default to 10am-10pm until reviewed by Event Staff*

Included with Rental: 15 Banquet Tables (8'x3') - each table seats 8; 100 white chairs; Kitchen with sink, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, counter; private bathrooms for men and women; 8 (110w) outlets in kitchen and 5 (110w) outlets in main room, TV Screen & Connections, coat rack with hangers, dimmable lights, plus sconces, heating and AC. Parking is on a first come first serve basis. Building Thermostat set to 68-70 degrees during cold weather months.
