RENTAL RATES:
Hourly Rate of $50 per hour, Monday-Thursday (3-hour minimum)
$600 per day, Friday-Sunday (10am-10pm) year around
NON-PROFIT RATE:
Hourly Rate of $37.50 per hour Monday-Thursday (3-hour minimum)
$450.00 per day, Friday-Sunday (10am-10pm)
$25 Administrative Fee will be added to each transaction.
*Times default to 10am-10pm until reviewed by Event Staff*

Included with Rental: 100 white foldable chairs; 24 (8 ft.x3ft) rectangle banquet tables (each table seats 8); 10 (60") round tables; private dressing room; kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave and counter; 7 outlets, and fireplace. *Please note: Round tables are stored in dressing room
